MONDAY, 13 OCTOBER,2008 - MASTER BUILDERS CLUB, WOLLONGONG
7PM SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
A special general meeting will be held to consider the following resolutions:
1 That the draft rules attached to this notice be adopted to replace the current constitution of the Union.
2 That the annual general meeting of the Union be held at 7pm on 25th November, 2008 at the Master Builders Club.
3 That the current vice-president ( Bert Roodenrys), treasurer (John Hayne), Rugby Chairman (Peter Leiner) and director (John Masters) continue to hold their positions as directors of the Union until the annual general meeting in 2009.
4 That the other directors retire from their positions at the annual general meeting to be held on 25th November, 2008 but be eligible for re-election.
Anyone wishing to propose an amendment or to ask a question about the draft rules are requested to send the proposed amendment or question by email to the Administration Officer no later than 21st September, 2008.
7.45 PM RUGBY COMMITTEE
This meeting will consider the following matters:
1 The proposed the format of the 2009 competition. We need Club coaches and Presidents present at this meeting.
2 Introduction of a school based competition.
3 Introduction of an annual representative knockout competition for NSW country zones.
The agenda for this meeting will be sent out at a later date.
To all affiliates that we are still waiting for details of their major sponsors for inclusion in the centralised sponsorship register.
All clubs are reminded that you are to submit your strategic plan to the administrator by the end of October.
